Cancellation Policy

Your order can be canceled any time before we ship it. After your order ships, you can seek a refund based on our return policy.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you decide to return an undamaged product you purchased from us, you must notify us and return the product to us within thirty (30) days from the date the product was delivered. To initiate a return, please contact sales@ao-air.com. In your email, you must provide the order number or sales invoice. Once your return request is processed, Aō Air will provide you with return instructions . Products must be returned with all documentation, accessories and packaging. You will be informed by e-mail once Aō Air receives and has processed your return. We do not take title to returned products until the product is received by us. Once your returned product has been received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the product . The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned product and any associated sales tax. Any shipping charge paid for the original purchase will not be refunded.

Limited Warranty

We take great pride in the quality of the Aō Air products and we guarantee products sold by us will be free of manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date your product ordered from Aō Air is delivered. To make a warranty claim, please contact sales@ao-air.com. In your email, you must provide the order number or sales invoice. We will evaluate your claim and, if we determine that the defect you describe is covered by our warranty, we will, at our sole discretion, refund, repair or replace any product contains a covered manufacturing defect. Aō Air may require you return the product in order to process your warranty claim. If return of the product is required, Aō Air will provide you with a return authorization and return instructions. We do not take title to returned products until the product is received by Aō Air. Repairs or replacements may be made with new or refurbished products or components. If the product or a component incorporated within it is no longer available, we may replace the product with the available model nearest to the original model's form, functionality, and performance. This limited warranty does not cover damage, defect, or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, or accident . If, as reasonably determined by us, an ineligible product is shipped to Aō Air, the owner will bear all return shipping costs. We have no warranty obligations with respect to ineligible products. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
